How do I cancel?
In your account settings, with two clicks. Cancel within the first 7 days and you pay nothing. After that you can cancel every month; you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
Can I restart a course?
No, and that is on purpose. Each language is one 90-day run. A program you can reset whenever it gets hard is a program you never finish. You can still review all your words, lessons and your cheat sheet as long as you like.
What if I miss a day?
Nothing breaks. Days stay open until you have done them and your cards wait for you. There is no streak to lose and nobody will guilt-trip you. Just pick up where you left off and catch up at your own pace.
How much time do I need per day?
About 25 minutes. Every 7th day is a lighter day. The weekly conversation with a tutor or tandem partner takes an extra 30 to 60 minutes.
Do I need a tutor?
The weekly missions work best with a real person: a paid online tutor or a free tandem partner. That is not included in the price. You can follow the program without, but the conversations are where speaking really happens.
Which devices does it work on?
Noventa runs in the browser on your phone, tablet and laptop, nothing to install. Your progress syncs across all of them.
What happens after 90 days?
You graduate with your final cheat sheet and a 30-minute conversation behind you. You keep everything: your words, lessons, journal and cheat sheet, for life.* Spaced repetition keeps going as long as you want.
Will I be fluent after 90 days?
Fluent is a big word, and we will not promise it. The goal is conversational: on day 89 you hold a 30-minute conversation only in your new language. With mistakes, but without switching back.
Is there a refund or right of withdrawal?
You have 7 free days to decide. As a consumer in the EU you also have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital services. Because the program starts right away, we ask for your consent to begin immediately, which can affect that right. All details are in our terms.
